Poetry in motion only portrayed to those who wish to open their eyes and minds to the truth.

People think that they're listening. But are they listening or just hearing things? Some people may call it selective hearing.

I call it idle mannerisms and idiocracy.

What is the brand truth? In different industries we see so many messages being sent to consumers. But what do they take in? What do they hear? Are brands telling them something by shouting at them? Does it work? Maybe. Maybe not.

Organisations pay tons of money into research to attempt to understand what people feel about their products and services. But once again, this is portrayed from the researchers perspective.

The best form of research is listening out and observing things, constantly absorbing everything around us.

Because, you never know who your customer is.
